CPAP/APAP SETTINGS

CPAP/APAP SETTINGS
I just started using my Airsense 10 autos 2 days ago and so far things have not been so great for me. Last night was one of the worst nights and could barely function at work. I would appreciate some help optimizing my settings so I can get some restful sleep. Here is the data collected from OSCAR.
  • Using Airfit F30i Full face mask
  • Pressure settings 7cm for min and 10cm for max
  • no EPR
  • Humidifier of 5

RE: CPAP/APAP SETTINGS
You probably altered the settings of your device before removing the SIM card because your setting is CPAP, but the pressure changes.
Suggestion: Turn it to the APAP regime.
Set minimum pressure 7 cm, maximum pressure 14 cm, EPR=3 full time, and ramp off.
