Been using cpap for month...
Hi,
I'm new to the CPAP world and have been using the AirSense 11 for about a month now and am just wondering if there's any recommendations to get better results. I think it's working but still feeling tired in the morning. Oscar screen shot is attached.

Thanks,
Dan

Welcome to the forum,
Please post a copy of your sleep study report with your info redacted.
Did you have CAs during the sleep study? If not these CAs might just be treatment emergent and probably will diminish over time.

Your minimum pressure is too low for an adult , raise it to at least 7cm, same with the ramp, set it to 7 cm.
Set the ramp to 5 or 10 minutes if you still need it, but raise the pressure to at least 7cm. Every time you stop and start the cpap machine, the ramp is used and you get no therapy pressure changes even if they were needed.

We would like to see the following graphs, (in their order of importance) We need to see the full list.
1.Events
2.Flow rate
3.Pressure
4.Leak rate
5.Flow limitations

The statistics and device settings on the left side should be fully visible.
Use the F12 key or FnF12 for a mac to take screenshots. You can attach the .png file and insert in in your post

After reposting with the right charts and the sleep report copy, it will be much easier to recommend changes

You also need to raise your upper limit, as you are bumping against it. I suggest you raise it to 13 and see how it goes.

+1 for for raising the max pressure. I can't tell, but it looks like maybe you have EPR turned off? If so, raising it may make you more comfortable, especially if the pressure raise makes you uncomfortable. I would also turn off the ramp. Only a beginner needs it, in my opinion.
