Recently lost 20lbs and am having a couple of issues hence posting:
Couple of issues I'm having:
Feeling of swallowing air when I didn't use to in certain positions, waking up with burps and flatulence.
Sometime waking up with very dry mouth
I'm wondering if losing the 20lb means I have less obstruction/need to nudge the min pressure down a little?
Dry mouth, I guess I need to bite the bullet and get taping/neck collar?
Sounds like you are swallowing air. This is called Aerophagia. Probably caused from your jaw/mouth dropping open at night. Are you a mouth breather? If you want to continue with the P30i, be sure the nasal pillow fits properly and that the headgear isn't too large. I've tried that mask, and had to order a small headgear to keep it from shifting.
Issue #2
Waking up with a dry mouth confirms either mouth breathing and/or jaw dropping. You can try using tape over your mouth.
There are many threads here on mouth taping.
