[CPAP] First 4 nights data, pls advise!

First 4 nights data, pls advise!
Hello, I'm new here and new to CPAP. This is my first four nights of data. I would appreciate any advice to help optimize my therapy. I did ask for advice on another forum and it's reflected in the stats for 12-09-2024. Thanks in advance.

Edit: Oops, I mean the previous 3 nights as I can only attach 3 items. Thanks!

Welcome to Apnea Board,

Keep the 12/9 settings of 7-10 with EPR 3 full time. This has EPR working because min 7 allows this. You have a bilevel in every sense with EPR being the bilevel PS.

You might want to extend Max pressure to 12, but again 10 was fine that night.

Numbers are good. How do you feel for it? That's the second half of the story.
Mask Primer

Positional Apnea

Attach OSCAR, etc.

Hello Dave, thanks for the input.  I'll up the max to 12 and keep an eye on the data.

So far I'm feeling about the same, maybe less tired but I'm not too sure. I'm hoping I'll feel better as time goes on. I didn't have too many sleepy or tired symptoms to begin with.

Good enough. You can choose to post a chart tomorrow if you want to track progress. If it goes well though, similar or better than this one, maybe wait a few days. Your choice either way.

Using CPAP machines may take time before you feel better for it. Mainly track the info to dial it in, making the CPAP therapy most efficient and yourself most comfortable both while sleeping, and using therapy.

Struggling a bit with the sensory feeling on my face :/ Might look into a cushion option

I think the auto Ramp is hindering therapy, especially since there's several therapy restarts.

The biggest hurdle always is getting the right mask. The P10 is still one of the best nasal pillow style, if it works for you.

Yep, I definitely keep turning it off because it’s distracting me when I fall asleep! I always see suggestions to turn ramp off, is it so that I get used to the pressure right away?

The big reason is Ramp steals therapy time.

I hope it's ok to post in this thread.  Re ramp time, how do you tell how long your ramp time is set to and can you change the time it is set to?
