Hello and thank you for welcoming me to you community.
I have been diagnosed with sleep apnea (AHI of 15) and I suffer from sleepyness during the day. I have a very hard time getting out of bed in the morning.
I started CPAP a few weeks ago and the main info from my resmed11 machine seem to say everything is going smooth. But I'm still tired in the morning, and I was surprised that everything got solved with a pressure of only 6.
I've been told to look into OSCAR analysis to check if it is true.
Here are some screenshots. If anyone can help spot good or not good information, it would really help.
In french :
Débit = Flow Rate
Vitesse de fuite = Leak Rate
Limitation de flux = Flow limitation.

Not quite. You're showing a 95% flow limitation reading of 0.13. Thats higher than we like to see, and can cause many arousals, some you are not even aware of. This is probably the reason for your tiredness.
Lowering flow limitation will require using EPR along with a higher pressure.
Ideally, your minimum pressure should be no lower than 7cm to utilize EPR 3. You might need to go up to 8cm to avoid Obstructives and Hypopneas, but try this first and see if it helps how you feel.
