I'm seeing a potential large leak issue where the machine can't address the events. If your max leak rate is 60 or so, it's a big issue. Personally, I think if the leaks aren't resolved, you won't get anything near decent therapy.

Your minimum is 4 and your EPR is 3. You might want to retry changing the settings.
