[CPAP] How am I doing - follow up

After receiving feedback from my previous post, I adjusted the pressure from 4-20 to 7-20. I had one wonderful night of sleep!  But the rest of the week is still about the same. I'm attaching two charts, one is from March 9, the good night. The other from last night. I can see the difference comparing the 2. The good night my pressure is more stable, and leak rate is low.

Is there anything else I can do to improve my sleep? I figured that if the CPAP works well, I can tell the difference next day. I feel like a different person, no foggy brain, no blurry vision.

The 2 nights look very similar and I don’t see why one was better than the other. I would make a change with EPR.  

EPR helps with flow limits but can cause more centrals. Your main events are centrals.  I would lower EPR by 1 for a couple of days and see if it helps with centrals while still controlling your flow limits.

Thanks Stacey! I noticed that it’s mainly central apnea too, but didn’t know EPR can cause it. I’ll try a lower EPR. My chart looks good but I just don’t feel good except that one night.

Donsong. you are in a range where you need to gage, over several days, is a setting change makes a difference. With the numbers you have, the numbers themselves do not justify a change in the settings.
