[CPAP] New CPAP user; O2 levels still low

New CPAP user; O2 levels still low
I am a fairly new CPAP user. I've been using one for about 2 months. I initially went to my primary doc after constantly being tired, fighting brain fog, cognitive issues. I was diagnosed with mild/moderate sleep apnea. However, after a couple of months of using a ResMed AirSense 11 on Auto Pressure (ERP 3), I still feel the same. I've posted a few days of my "better scored" sleep nights according to Garmin (Tactix Pro). I am able to keep my mask on all night with a good seal. I have not used OSCAR yet. I am reaching back out to my primary again today, but thought I would post in the meantime. Any feedback is appreciated.

Well, apparently I don't have an SD card in my AirSense 11. I'll have to install one and then wait for data history to build up. Anything interpretable from the Garmin screenshots in the meantime?

Your 81-84% minimum saturation definitely demands intervention. Unfortunately, only OSCAR can help you decide what type of intervention you need.

Just curious......did you take any kind of a sleep study test?

Did the sleep study show significant oxygen desaturations?

Unfortunately, I was never shown any detail, only my AHI.

I've recently switched to a Garmin watch and have been surprised by the SpO2 readings.  I regularly use the Wellue ring which has matched the readings from the pulse oximeter at the doctor's office pretty well.  Since I've been intently focused on my SpO2 after years of living in the 80-85% range at night, that was one of the first readings I looked at after getting the new watch. And...the Garmin watch doesn't match up with any other sensor.  It shows me in the low 80% range quite a bit even when the Wellue shows me in the mid 90's.  It's timing on low SpO2 events doesn't match anything that's going on with my Oscar data.  I basically discount its SpO2 readings at this point because they seem to be highly inaccurate.

I'm not saying that you should discount the readings on your watch, especially if you have symptoms that indicate oxygen issues.  But I would caution that you shouldn't take the Garmin SpO2 readings as gospel because they don't seem to be very accurate.

Here are the last 3 nights. These are the only recorded charts I have to this point.
