New forum User Need Setting Support
Hello! Still learning this venue ;-)
I have been struggling with horrible fatigue for several months and off and on for a couple of years. I live in a small town and it has been nearly impossible to get in to talk to someone about another sleep study or to look at my data. The SD card was not in my machine until a couple of weeks ago and I don’t have graph information because I only have a work computer which I cannot download the SD card onto. I was also not able to add the DreamMapper app until about three days ago due to their own issues.
I have been diving in and was able to realize that my machine was set at 8.5 CPAP which I changed to 7 and switched to APAP (according to the last sleep study I had done in 2022 which I had to ask for records because no one had contacted me). I felt much more comfortable after switching to APAP. I wear nasal pillows and a chin strap because I don’t like a full face mask.
I saw hypopneas were high so I took the FLEX off but was not near as comfortable last night -and it doesn’t seem to have made a huge difference in my hypopneas-so I changed it back to ‘C-FLEX 1’ for tonight. As you can see, I have been slightly adjusting to see how things go but could use some guidance.
The good news is I was finally able to reach someone to set up an appointment with a sleep provider who can look at my data. In the meantime, is there any help that someone can offer with the limited information I have here so I can find some relief in the meantime?
Any suggestions for tweaking settings or thoughts on this appreciated!

SuSu;
The site and the folks who give out advice prefer OSCAR CHARTS ..
The software is free, Click on OSCAR top middle of the page ..
Put an SD card in Your machine before bed and post a screen shot
the next day ..
Good Luck !!

RE: New forum User Need Setting Support
I’m working on it! As soon as I get a computer and can plug my SD card into it I can have access to the readings until then I do not. Computer should be here by the end of the week and I also have an appointment to have the card read-so I will post as soon report soon.
I had a very interesting night last night where I went back to my first day pressures/settings and ended up 37 hypopneas -never had that- but I feel great today! There’s something going on that the OSCAR Will definitely show but until then I am totally bamboozled.

RE: New forum User Need Setting Support
Finally, was able to get the info and now it wont let me load the attachment. I downloaded from the SD, saved a few days of readings on my desktop**
The type of file that you attached is not allowed. Please remove the attachment or choose a different type- I'm desperate for help here- so any suggestions welcome. I feel awful today
I’ve also tried screening with my iPhone-it will not let me add I don’t know what I’m doing wrong
