[CPAP] New user unsure of the data

New user unsure of the data
Hello - newer user over the past 2 months. I recently discovered this forum and have learned a lot just from reading, but not totally sure what to make of my data (or adjustments). I feel like my low end pressure may be low. I probably could try to move away from the ramp up as well. Would appreciate any insight! Thanks.

RE: New user unsure of the data
Welcome

Change your beginning pressure to 7.  4 is used for children, and leaves most adults feeling air-starved.

Turn ramp off.  After six weeks you don't need it, and it robs you of therapy.

Turn EPR on full-time, set at 3.  This will make your breathing more comfortable and will lower your flow limits.

Again, welcome, and best wishes for achieving great therapy and comfort.  Smile
