Congrats on the weight loss. The right pass is to feel better on PAP but that might take some time, the body need time to recover

The aim is to sleep with the mask all night, feel better, AHI below 5, leak below 24 L/m but not the end of world if goes a little over

Continuing with the weight loss Smile Right now I am 138 . A total of 12 kg in 3 months . Doc advised me to go at this pace for the next 12 months Smile
