[CPAP] RECOVER LOST DATA
#1
RECOVER LOST DATA
Hi all,

Recently had to replace me Airsense 10 autoset and unfortunately, i inserted the old SD card which was formatted for the new machine. As a result, I lost a month of data which I need for an FAA compliance report. The data is synced online but I have no way of getting it. Any ideas? Could I contact myair support and see if they can retrieve data? Anyone here have access to airview? I guess I could make an appointment with my sleep specialist but that seems like a huge pain.

Any ideas as how to recover this data from the cloud is most appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Mike

Update... I was able to use a program (Recoverit) on my Mac and recover the files lost in the format. Currently copying them back to the SD card. Did a test import of 1 file set and sleepyhead successfully imported it. Ill update any issues if they arise.

RE: RECOVER LOST DATA
All,

Success! Was able to restore data.

1. Used program recoverit to recover formatted files.

2. Copied files from recovered director to my sleepyhead data folder

3. Used sleepyhead rebuild CPAP data under data tab and everything reappeared in sleepyhead.

RE: RECOVER LOST DATA
Oh you were lucky you don't use the programmes I use or you would have lost them forever. If I delete a file or format, it is impossible to recover them, they are encrypted and then shredded them over written several times.
Sometimes these programmes can be in the way when you do something like you did.
Anyway, glad you got them back.
