I have looked at the data in Oscar, but cannot find any clear causal links between the data and my subjective daily form. Perhaps the flow limitations are a problem. I am greatly affected by the significant fluctuations and I would be thankful for a review of my Oscar data. I am happy to provide other data if necessary.

Searching Cause of Cognitive Dysfunction
I have ADHD and am being treated for mild sleep apnoea with low-pressure CPAP (Löwenstein). My problem is that my cognitive performance fluctuates greatly from day to day, and neither I nor doctors can find the cause. I suspect that the quality of my sleep varies, which is why I suffer from slow thinking, word-finding difficulties, emotional imbalance and similar issues on some days.

RE: Searching Cause of Cognitive Dysfunction
Those flow limitations and your Hypopnea's are your biggest problem. Such was the case with my sleep study. I had 101 H's, 2 centrals and 3 obstructive apnea's.
I am not familiar with your machine. But if it has some sort of APAP auto pressure feature and/or can lower the pressure when you exhale. Then you should activate it. You likely need more than 7cm.

RE: Searching Cause of Cognitive Dysfunction
Thank you for your prompt response. What surprises me is that the flow limitations and hypopneas occur with relatively the same frequency every night, and one would intuitively assume that cognitive performance would be equally poor every day. However, I experience significant fluctuations. Could the flow limitations and hypopneas still be the primary cause?

RE: Searching Cause of Cognitive Dysfunction
Your Oscar chart needs a little work. The easiest way to fix this is to press the F12 key (FN+F12 for Mac) to copy your chart. This usually solves the issue. Your chart needs to show the following in the order listed on your first page:
Event Flags Flow Rate Pressure Leak Rate Flow limits
Machine: ResMed AirCurve 10 Vauto
Mask: Bleep DreamPort Sleep Solution and F&P Nova Micro Link to thread about switching from Autoset to Bilevel: https://www.apneaboard.com/forums/Thread...+a+bilevel
