[CPAP] Sleeping poorly, doc says reports look fine
#11
RE: Sleeping poorly, doc says reports look fine
Hi Barcode,

I've been using CPAP for about a year and a half, and I still feel somewhere between ugh and terrible most days.  Even though the numbers look absolutely wonderful (under 1.0 AHI score for most nights of the week, leak managed well most nights), I still struggle with brain fog and memory issues many days of the week.  My sleep doctor says the same thing, "Everything looks fine."  I wonder what good he actually is?  Most of the issues I've had (aside from what I describe above) have been self-solved.  It is beyond frustrating, as I've tried every suggestion and every type of mask out there.  Please let us know how things go.  It's super useful to be able to learn from each other in this forum and others like it.
