Sleepy413 - Need helping adjusting w/ OSCAR Graph
Hey all,

I'm a first-time poster. I just uploaded my results into Oscar, and I'm looking for some recommendations on adjustments to my CPAP.

Appreciate any recommendations!

Thanks

RE: Sleepy413 - Need helping adjusting w/ OSCAR Graph
Welcome to the forum,
How did you feel during the day?
Try not to chase numbers, but how you feel.
Can you post a copy of your sleep report with your personal info redacted?

Your minimum pressure is too low for an adult, you need at least 7 cm of pressure.
Raising the minimum may also help stop some obstructive events and your hypopneas.
Make sure to raise the ramp pressure to 7cm also and set it for 5 or 10 minutes.

Your flow limits are too high, you need EPR to fight that, use at least a setting of  EPR of 2.
If you feel airstarved with EP on, don't turn it off, but raise your minimum to 8c

Show these charts, press F12 for a screenshot or Fn F12 for a mac

RE: Sleepy413 - Need helping adjusting w/ OSCAR Graph
Hey! Thanks for the response.  Thanks

I'm still pretty tired during the day and require a lot of caffeine to get through.

I made those changes last week and have been feeling a bit better, but I still think I can improve.

I've attached another screenshot below.

My Sleep Study Results are attached as well.  (Done through Lofta)

Let me know if anything else would be helpful

Thanks again

Try setting your minimum pressure to 9cm and your EPR to 3 and see if you feel better.
