If that was my chart, I would try setting min pressure to 9, no ramp and EPR to 2 and see how that goes for a few days. Also, it would be easier to explain the situation with flow limits if you included it in your screenshot. I think its not showing because you added lots of other events to the event timeline thing at the top.
