[CPAP] Therapy Analysis

Therapy Analysis
To the active members of Apnea Board,

I have been using and collected CPAP data of my past 7 months of using Airsense 10.

I 2 weeks ago i changed out from nasal mask to full face mask after constantly waking up tired and with dry mouth for the past 3 months.
The first sleep after the mask transition was amazing, but to my dismay it only last that first day, this next 1 and a half weeks i have been very tired, my ears feels blown open and trying to settle into sleep just makes me feel like a balloon that will pop due to the pressure in my head and ears.

I require desperate help, changing to full face mask was my last hope to truly gaining back that amazing sense of sleep.
I have attached some data below, feel free to advice or ask any further questions.

Best Regards,
Jolly.

RE: Therapy Analysis
Welcome to the forum,

Are you on any medications that affect your breathing or sleep?
Do you have any health issues that  affect your breathing or sleep?

Can you post a copy of your sleep report with your personal info redacted?

Your  pressure is too low for an adult, set it to at least 8 cm, well below your median pressure.

Your Flow Limitations are too high and causing your pressure to increase throughout the night.  Set EPR to 3, you might see an increase of CAs though, keep an eye on that.

Flow Limitation Is Associated with Excessive Daytime Sleepiness in Individuals without Moderate or Severe Obstructive Sleep Apnea.

RE: Therapy Analysis
Hi,

Thank you for reaching out.
It has been 2 nights since I last saw your suggestion, I have switch my min to 8 cm. And 20 cm at maximum.
It has been amazing. Less tired and tinnitus isnt has prominent

I now use my tinnitus as a maker of whether I had a good sleep or not. (Tinnitus is worse when I awake up with bad sleep)

I have obesity, I smoke (4 sticks a day), I do have nose congestion once in a while (given nasal spray but stopped as it has gotten better), and my AHI was 68.2, diagnosised with Sereve OSA, sorry I lost my sleep study papers... So I can't tell if I have CENTRAL APNEA or not.
