I am not struggling with the mask or leaks.
At this point I am looking for a new doctor in my insurance network, I don't know what else to do otherwise. Thanks in advance for any help.

Under 1 AHI, still tired every day
I have been on a CPAP machine since March. Last night my AHI was 0.4 and I used the machine for 13.4 hours. I still woke up completely exhausted and almost unable to get out of bed. I recently had blood work done, which my doctor said "looked normal." My sleep doctor seems to have no idea what they are talking about. The first I even heard of "CSA" was doing my own research, I am wondering if that is the actual issue. I had an in-house sleep study done in a terrible environment this summer, where my total sleep time was 104 minutes. At my next appointment the doctor acted like they had a full and complete analysis, and changed my settings to Fixed Pressure 7.0. I have had maybe 1 good night's sleep on the CPAP machine, and it was before they set a fixed pressure.
I am not struggling with the mask or leaks. At this point I am looking for a new doctor in my insurance network, I don't know what else to do otherwise. Thanks in advance for any help.

RE: Under 1 AHI, still tired every day
Have you thought about adding an sp02 (blood oxygen) ring to fine tune your therapy? I recommend the Wellue o2 ring from ebay - once you get it you'll likely increase pressure to minimize sp02 drops and hopefully feel better.

You would get more help if you downloaded Oscar, our free apnea reporting program, and posted charts. You can find info on Oscar at the top of each page in the black bar.
Machine: ResMed AirCurve 10 Vauto
Mask: Bleep DreamPort Sleep Solution

Is there a way to get my data via Wifi? I don't have a way to input an SD card into my computer.

If you have USB ports, you can get a connnector to insert the card in and then connect to the computer. Available at the shipper located all over.
