[CPAP] bjf100 - Therapy Assistance

bjf100 - Therapy Assistance
I am 2 weeks into my CPAP journey and like many people before me, I am struggling.  The issue is that I wake up every 60-90 minutes and I am not sure why.  I am getting used to the mask and pressure and am able to fall asleep.  Open to any suggestions on settings that I should change.  I already shut off the ramp as I thought that was causing an issue and changed the EPR to full time at 1.  Originally it was set to pressure range of 5-20 and I have altered it from 7-14.  Last night I had zero leaks and zero AHI score so something seems to be working.  I have made the mask tighter and while uncomfortable it seems to have helped from when I toss and turn.  Desperate for any ideas of other things to try.  My question is I am able to fall asleep, but why I am getting woken up almost every hour.  I can think of only one hour that has been a deeper quality of sleep in the past 2 weeks.

RE: New to CPAP and could use some help
You did not include the flow limits so I'm not sure this will help but I would move my EPR to 3.  Leave everything else the same.

RE: New to CPAP and could use some help
I just posted another thread with the complete report as it was missing some of the data. I couldnt figure out how to close this one or upload the new report with more details. Thank you for your help.

Please arrange your reports to display an image more readable.  The one in your post is too small.  Here's an example of how a more readable report will look:

I only give suggestions from experience as a fellow CPAP user, not professional advice.

3 Weeks in to CPAP And still Struggling
Can use some help from some experts. I am about 3 weeks in to CPAP therapy and still struggling although the last couple of days have been better. At the beginning, I was waking up every hour. Now it seems like I wake up every couple of hours which is an improvement. I switched 2 nights ago (Friday) to a full mask ResMed AirFit N20 from the hybrid F30i. This seems to have made a difference. About 3 nights ago I swapped out pillows and now have a CPAP pillow which seems to have helped as well. I am a side and stomach sleeper and breath out of my mouth. The mask tends to leak more when my face is pushed into the pillow, but I think the CPAP pillow is helping. Here are my last 2 nights of Oscar data. For the past couple of days I have been wearing the mask for about an hour before bed and that seems to have helped as well so you can ignore the beginning of the report. I dont understand all of these charts and what the spikes mean so any help you can provide would be appreciated.  Open to any suggestions on settings to allow me to stay asleep, minimize leaks, etc.
