Thanks Dave. That makes sense.

Looking at the detail flow rate graph there are patches of rapid breathing at 02:02:45, 02:05:00, 02:06:30. Are those typical through the night or just around this time? Is it typical at lower PS values as well (Its quite possible they were caused by the high PS)? I wouldn't describe them as flow limitations but if it was me I'd certainly view them as undesirable.

Here is my flow rate graph for around the same time frame.

As you can see my breaths are regular (though if you zoom in the tops are a bit rough). Yours become rapid and then slow down every minute or so. Its certainly looks nothing like Apnea/Hypopnea and if its continues through the night like this I wouldn't call it flow limitations (not that I have any qualifications in this area).

Reminds me of a couple of others - its almost as though your brain is deciding not to sleep at random times / "Spontaneous arousals" - but its not something I have experienced myself so I can't say much about it.

Thanks for your time Dave #2! This seems to always affect me.... Respiratory rate going up and down. I really am not sure what to do about it. For a long time now, my apple watch series 8 logs around 20 minutes of deep sleep or less per night. I know those aren't extremely accurate but their accuracy was studied to be like atleast 80% iirc. I seem to have pretty high heart rate during the night. I may get a dip down to like 58 at the lowest, but a lot of time is spent in the 70-80s iirc.

Here is another night at PS of 6.0 I slept with a weighted blanket this time at night. This seems to virtually double my reported REM and Deep sleep on my apple watch.

RE: snewmy - Therapy Help
could it be some periodic limb movement disorder or something? I might try a vauto range tonight and see what happens.

Looks like my class 6 flow limitations with slightly shallowing breathing, the amplitude is a bit smaller and a gasp. I don't know enough to give advice yet.

Thanks jdoug.

Here is a night on Vauto Min Epap 6, Max Ipap 15, PS 6. I'm not sure yet but i think I feel a little less fatigued, i dont know. The data here looks the same to my unexperienced eyes, but I may feel a bit more rested.

Minimize the calendar..
Can you zoom in to 3 of your events, but show the leaks also? These events seem to be happening when you are in either deep or REM sleep with the slightly more ragged breathing. You would be more rested without the micro arousals. They probably can't be eliminated and not an issue if they don't bother you. But eliminating those apnea events can help.
I can't tell if the leak spikes are before or after the events.
Maybe you are slightly chin tucking then? Do you use a soft cervical collar?

Hi jdoug, thanks. Ive attached here another night with two close ups, this night had basically no leaks as you can see.

quick edit: thought I should mention the stuff before the machine was off was me awake doing stuff like messing with my mask and let it run a bit as i washed it and wanted to air out the water in it.
