CPAP with Fitbit - Sleep way out of whack!
#11
RE: CPAP with Fitbit - Sleep way out of whack!
I had my CPAP machine some years before my fitbit charge 2, which is the opposite way around from you.

I found it took me quite a while to adjust to CPAP therapy - and its possible, therefore, that your lack of REM and deep sleep is due to making the adjustment to a CPAP machine, especially if you currently have a lot of mask leaks.

The amount of REM and deep sleep I get has always varied from one might to the next, but when either or both are low, I feel very tired the next day.
