I want to modify what i said about taking a nap during the day.
Short naps may be OK, even beneficial if not too long , like maybe 30 min.
This is something we have to find out for ourselves which is best.
And also, as we age, sleep changes.
We may need to go to sleep earlier, wake up earlier, etc etc. all perfectly normal.
So what i am saying , is our expectations, some of them possibly incorrect, can cause anxiety about sleep.
There are also so many things that can affect our sleep.
Indigestion, colds and flu's, pain, depression , food allergies,
Just giving you more to think about as you try to 'dial in' your CPAP therapy!
