Can I setup CPAP machine myself?

RE: Can I setup CPAP machine myself?
Good to hear from you again, and I'm glad your defective machine has been replaced.

People fairly often remove their masks without being aware of it. Sometimes this is in response to a problem. Could you post an Oscar chart from a night when you did this?

Meanwhile, there are a lot of good ideas in this thread:

I hope you'll see something that you'd like to try.

Which mask are you using?

I've experienced this for 2 different reasons:

- My pressure was too low, and my body was demanding a higher pressure. So once I adjusted my pressure a little higher, I stopped removing it.

- My P10 mask wasn't venting my exhaled air very well, so my body was fighting to not rebreathe my exhaled air.  Once I switched to a mask that vents better, I stopped removing it.

Dear All,

Thanks for the advice. Let me try to record and generate the report from OSCAR to post here for experts' advices. My suspect is that could be the pressure. During this work from home period, I in fact gain a lot of weight, which might have worsen my sleep apnea level.
