Can anyone tell me what type of leaks these are?
Are these from my mask, or is my mouth opening?

A no zoom chart might be needed, but with the wide leak shown, it's possibly a mouth leak.
Mask Primer

Positional Apnea

Attach OSCAR, etc.

Is this sufficient?

Yes that's what I was after. And it changed what I see about the leaks. The high leak areas are spikey, making them very likely to be mask leaks.

Thank you for the quick responses. I assume I need to do some mask adjustments and/or look into other mask options?

Yes that's what I'd think. Here's what you can consider: adjust straps unless they're already tight, maybe adjust a different method if applicable, different cushion size - possibly larger, different mask if all else fails.

The ResMed AirFit N30 is my most comfortable masks, but the leaks.
Are you a side sleeper? I am and I tend to mash the N30 into the edge low pillow once I fall asleep. My leaks looked like yours or worse. My therapy was compromised. I went to the ResMed P10 and was told to use lanolin. Much better on the leaks.
You may get more pillow type masks recommendations here.
Good luck!

I've been having an awful lot of sleep disturbances lately, punching and kicking and such. I have an appointment with a different sleep specialist, but that's not for a couple months.

Last night I had a video of me waking up what it seemed like choking, even though my AHI is low as usual.

Does anyone have any idea what might be going on around 5:3-5:50 here?

Can you provide a full night sleep charts also?
You had significant leaks that compromised your therapy.
You had flow limits, some were captured. If you zoomed in further, and checked, you would see flatten tops and other irregularities.

Do you have a device that measures sleep types?
You were in deep sleep or Rem right before 5:40 and maybe dreaming about suffocating? CPAP dreams can be wild, as our sleep has been deprived from deep and REM sleep for quite some time before CPAP.

Here is the entire night and another one that is zoomed in further.

Those leaks are happening all the time, with 4 or 5 different masks (pillows, full face and cushions).

Are the mask leaks or am I mouth breathing?

What detail can you see with the Flow Limits?

I have an Apple watch I use for basic sleep info, but most the time when this happens it just says I am awake at that time. You can imagine how this is causing issues with my rest.

Thank you very much for the assistance!
