Can someone assist me?

RE: Can someone assist me?
You have persistent central apnea going on. The Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset is intended to treat obstructive sleep apnea, and a different device, the Resmed Aircurve ASV is how central apnea is treated. Do you have a sleep test that shows how many obstructive and central apnea were recorded? Are you under the care of a doctor that you can consult for a change in prescription to the Aircurve 10 ASV? It is also possible you are experiencing positional apnea. This is when you sleep in a position that enables chin-tucking and obstructs your airway. We can prevent that with a soft cervical collar https://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.ph...cal_Collar
In future graphs please minimize the monthly calendar. Also, we may want to look at a zoomed image of the flow rate to verify whether these are central apnea or obstructive. That requires zooming in on a segment about 3-4 minutes in duration so we can see the flow rate chart.

Normally, with a mild sleep apnea diagnosis, I might say the CA's showing up on your charts may be treatment emergent and would lessen in time. But that's a boat load of CA events and may be leaning toward OA's.
Also, the cluster of apneas look more like a Positional Apnea issue, where you could be sleeping in a position that obstructs your airway. Think on how you sleep. Are you on your back, or sleeping on more than one pillow, or too tall of a pillow? This can cause your head to tilt forward into your chest and obstruct your airway, somewhat like a kink in a hose will stop the water from flowing. Here's some information on Positional Apnea. Read it and see what you think. https://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.ph...onal_Apnea Please share a copy of your sleep report, redacted of personal information.

If you don't have it yet, call the prescribing physician and request your detailed sleep study report. You're in the US, so HIPAA law gives you the right to request and receive it.
Those other posts above are quite relevant as well. For me, I'm trying to determine what the story is on the CA. Once you get that detailed study report, post the table that gives the event type and count. Also the doctor recommendations might be helpful.

RE: Can someone assist me?
I just did the Lofta test so there wasn't a lot of information, in addition to that I feel as if my central apneas have gotten worse since I did the at home test. Im trying to get a general doctor so that will take a couple of months hopefully then I will try and get the ASV if possible or if needed, also will be monitoring myself because it could be possible that I tuck my chin in.
Well my Lofta test doesn't show a whole lot that was around 4-5 months or so. Im certain my clear airways weren't nearly as much then as they are now. But I will in the future try and get a sleep study and have a doctor try and work that out but it's been a pain because my last doctor wouldn't refer me to get a sleep study done. And the funny thing is my insurance doesn't require a referral but the sleep study place does, so he just wanted to be a pain.

RE: Can someone assist me?
My sleep report has little information from my knowledge. Unless the Lofta has more information i'm not aware of. I don't think it will be of use because it didn't say I had nearly as much CA as I am experiencing now. But I think it could be a position problem, maybe along with something else but I definitely think I could be tucking my chin so I'm going to try and remedy that and see how that works. I will probably update my improvements/failure. Thanks for the response too I appreciate the information and I will be reading up on that

RE: Can someone assist me?
If you can redact the personal identifying information, we can look at the Lofta study for what it offers. Also would like to see a zoomed screenshot of the Oscar flow rate data as this can help us identify whether events are obstructive or central.
