Can someone help interpret this data?

Can someone help interpret this data?
OHello!
Very new to CPAP (one month) but it has changed my life. Sleep study AHI was 18.9 and now it’s negligible. I have energy and feel refreshed in the morning like never before. It is AMAZING.

Would like to optimize my therapy. Listening to Uncle Nicko it seems I still have lots of ‘spikes’ in my data. I slowly changed the pressure range from what my provider had (5-20; EPR 3; Humidity 6) to 5-13; EPR 2; Humidity 4. This has helped with side effects (mainly severe aerophagia and rainout that woke me up). I still have some aerophagia, headaches, central apneas (had ZERO in sleep study) and spikes in pressure/flow limits/etc. What do you make of my data and potential further optimization?

You might attach them, but do you select "Insert Into Post"?

Thank you! I couldn’t edit original post as it was past 15 mins from posting. So I attached it above. Hope that worked (and that it is all the right data!).

Your profile shows you are using SleepyHead. Two problems. One, SleepyHead will not read the AS11 data, and two, that image is not a SleepyHead's.

Mosie,

Download the free OSCAR software. Be sure you have an SD card inserted in your Cpap while sleeping.

You can use the links in my Signature Line to guide you in Organizing your chart and uploading it here for analysis.

Be sure to take a Screenshot of the daily page in OSCAR.

Set your display to the Standard view.
(View > Reset Graphs > Standard)
Take a screenshot of your Daily screen.
* For Windows or Linux: Use the F12 key
* For a Mac: Use Fn+F12

RE: Can someone help interpret this data?
Thank you SO much for reading and responding!! I’m using the SleepHQ app, uploading my CPAP SD card data via an OTG reader to my iPhone. I don’t have consistent access to a PC that I have admin rights to install OSCAR on. Does the SleepHQ data not contain all the info needed? It is definitely a million times better than the MyAir app…

Trying to include the link to my Sleep HQ data but keep getting the error that members with less than 4 posts cannot post a link.
