Can't import to OSCAR anymore? [no longer an issue, see post #11]
I have been trying to track my stats, but my SD card will no longer import data into OSCAR. What am I doing wrong? When I insert it into my laptop, it comes up as a file tilted P-Series, but doesn't import any data. I started with OSCAR last month and had no problems whatsoever.

Do you have the card locked? They can go bad too.

I have to unlock it to put it into the CPAP and lock it to put it into the computer, I think. That's what I did last month and it worked? It's still downloading a file to my computer, it just isn't importing.

You can leave it unlocked. OSCAR doesn't write anything to your card and your CPAP brand and model isn't effected by system volume information that a Windows O/S writes to removable devices.

Locked or unlocked, doesn't matter. Does the same thing either way.

OK, let's try the process of elimination. Do you have another card that you can use to store your data?

Make sure the card is unlocked when you put it in your machine

RE: Can't import to OSCAR anymore?
Hi Jennifer,

I had a similar issue and found that OSCAR will only import data from the SD Card once each day (which runs from 12 Noon till 12 Noon). I  was sleeping in several sessions per day because sometimes that's the only way I can sleep.

A forum member advised me of this limitation, it was NOT in the OSCAR docs. After I let the data accumulate on the SD Card, and only tried to import once per day, the problem went away.

I did check my SD card, and the data from previous sleep sessions was on the card-Oscar just wouldn't import the data files.  like

Hope this helps, Aloha,

AB

That limitation is only for Resmed, not PRS1.

If you're still having issues, you can try Help > Troubleshooting > Create zip of CPAP data card and upload the resulting zip file to:

and we can take a look.
