Can this data be real? From good to bad w/ no change
I am about 1 month in using CPAP. My doctor set me on 6-16 Auto w/ an Airsense 10 and left the country for a month. This resource has been valuable to me. After the 2nd week, I got sick of the roller coaster of Auto mode and started to explore what would work for me using fixed pressure and trying ERP on/off. I've had good results at 10 to 11 and decided to stop messing and let it go a week or two at 10, no ERP. I've had good nights, but last night was my worse since I started. Is this just the way the dice roll with this therapy? In addition to a ton of OSAs, I also had a bit of stomach discomfort this morning and was wondering if I swallowed a lot of air or something. That was a first.
I mouth tape and did not appear to have much leaking last night, better than previous nights really.
I'm curious if I should stay the course, or is there something here that indicates I'm not at a good pressure just yet? Do I go back to auto, but a narrower range, now knowing that I have no issues with steady 10? Please take a look. I uploaded one of my recent "good" days and last night, as well as last night zoomed some on the worse spot.

I'm certain you would be more comfortable with EPR on, but everyone has their preferences. The clusters of OA and flow limits are positional obstruction discussed in this wiki article: https://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.ph...onal_apnea
You have a classic positional apnea problem, and the solution is pretty easy. You can try changing sleep positions, pillows and other methods, but with the severity we see here, a soft cervical collar is usually the most effective. https://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.ph...cal_Collar

Thanks for the fast replies! So this is really the first time I've seen this since Oct 18th when I started treatment. I'll study and review for signs of it occurring to a lesser extent, but I've had so many good nights with no signs of this. Seems like it could be uncommon to me. I look forward to learning more. This is helpful to get a direction so quickly. Thanks.
