Can you put Airsense S10+Humidair in the carrying case?

Can you put Airsense S10+Humidair in the carrying case?
Hi,

The question might sound silly but I am trying to understand how to store the S10 with the humidair attachment in the original case. There is a separator which prevents the combined unit from fitting inside the bag, unless you remove humidair, put the side cover and put the humidair in the bag separately from the unit. I would expect the separator to be attached using velcros but apparently it is sewn, so I can't remove or displace it. Am I making a mistake?

Thanks....

My carry / storage bag is the same way. You must detach the humidifier from the machine before inserting both into the bag.

I'm thinking that ResMed did this purposely to keep people from sticking the machine into the bag with water in the reservoir. Chances are, if you separate the reservoir from the machine, hopefully you will come to realize there may be water in it.

That makes sense. There is a warning to not to put the humidifier with water inside in the carrying case but it probably is easy to forget it.

You'd be surprised how many people have turned their machine over to read the model number when the tub is filled with water.
