Change settings during the night
If I were to change the settings during the night, would Oscar treat it as a single day with two sessions or as two different days?

Each time you turn on the CPAP, it is recorded as a session for the current CPAP day. The CPAP's configuration for that day is written to the SD card on the first session for that day. If you change the settings after using the CPAP for that day, the updated settings will not be reported until the next day.
