Changing From DS2 to RM11 anything special needed for Oscar?
Doctor letting me try different CPAP and BiPAP machines because DS2 is not working for me.   Having a number of events and if I am Variable Breathing then the pressure doesn't increase during the events.  Sometimes the pressure will decrease during events.  My concern is, can I take the SD card from the RM11 and just download the data to Oscar?

Thanks for your help.

Are you referring to the Resmed AirSense 11, commonly known as the AS11? If so, you need to format the card to a FAT32 format. The Philips and Resmed have different parameters and are not interchangeable. You will also need to create a different profile in OSCAR too. Due to dissimilar data, bad things can happen if you don't.

It is the AirSense 11.  I have an SD card formatted in FAT32 and I will create a new profile for the machine in Oscar.  Thanks for the quick response and your help.
