Changing Time on Resmed Airsense 10

RE: Changing Time on Resmed Airsense 10
I thought about that kind of option...then decided you could only at max set it back 23ish hours, and in the meantime it’s jumped ahead 24.

Maybe the DME tried to dink around with machine usage hours, and in the process reset the clock?

Call Resmed. Though another poster is likely to come up with an ingenious quick fix that doesn’t involve losing sleep for a month.

Ya, you can set it back 23 hours, but that will overwrite the previous night's data.

Stepping it a few hours each night for several days will preserve the actual data, though it will look like you were on the machine for 16-20 hours with two nights stuffed into one day, since you are rolling the clock back during hours that the machine was idle.
