Clear Airway

Clear Airway
Looking at my monthly statistics, the Clear Airway (CA) index is growing steadily month after month.

I tried to find a simple definition for the CA without much success.
In layman terms, can someone tell me what it is.

Also, is the steady increase of its value should be a concern?
Is there something to do to correct the situation?

RE: Clear Airway
CA, Clear Airway, an apneic event, 10 seconds or longer, that occurs without a restriction.

May be a Central Apnea, or as simple as you holding your breath.

Thank you Gideon

But, should I be concerned that the index is constantly increasing from month to month?

RE: Clear Airway
DanEm, your CAI is relatively low, generally less than 1 per 2-hours (0.5 AHI). There are lots of reasons these events occur including sleep stage transition, movement, and breath pauses. This is not a health issue. Since you're using a Vauto, you can often treat the events by changing trigger sensitivity to high.
