Clear Airway Apneas - Expected?

Clear Airway Apneas - Expected?
Long time CPAP user (20 years), but just now looking at my data.  I seem to have some clear airway apneas occurring, which contribute to most of my AHI.  These look like they happen at the lower pressures, and also a large group around 3am (when I start stirring).  Just wondering if these are expected, or if I should make some adjustments (increase my min pressure, change EPR, etc.).

RE: Clear Airway Apneas - Expected?
Welcome to Apnea Board,

Some people have a bit of Central Apnea all the time. Part of those have more Central Apnea on a CPAP, some have to CPAP makes them even worse.

We'll have to dig a bit more for info to help better. You list OSCAR charts. Can you provide a standard detailed daily chart? On Windows press F12 to screenshot while looking at the OSCAR chart. Mac same but fn+F12 to screenshot.

You need an SD card in the left slot to get this detailed data before you sleep.
Mask Primer

Positional Apnea

Attach OSCAR, etc.

fn + F12 will not take a screenshot on my MacBook M2.  I use Shift Command 5 to activate capture mode, choose whole screen then Capture.  If drag and drop fails I save the image to Finder and then upload.
I only give suggestions from experience as a fellow CPAP user, not professional advice.

Also, what does your sleep study detailed report say about the events, especially Central Apnea? Show us the event table without your personal days 5 on it.

You need to have this report for yourself regardless.
