Coming up on 1 year of using my CPAP and last month or so I'm still tired
I started with my Resmed AS 10 almost a year ago! I've really enjoyed it and have been so happy over the past year to feel like I'm getting better sleep, dreaming again and starting to feel like myself. However, lately my AHI has been under or around 2 (which I know is good) but I'm still feeling really tired and I don't know what the problem is. Not sure if you can tell anything from my chart here.

I've been using the same 2 nasal pillows the last year. Idk if it could be leaking somewhere and I should get new ones? I feel around for leaks but haven't noticed any. I'm posting my data below but lmk if I should share my Oscar data differently to get more info to you!

Thanks so much to anyone who can parse the data. Maybe I should be increasing my min setting?

Thanks

Hide the calendar so we can see the machine settings and post again.
Your flow limits are a bit high and are causing you pressure to rise.
Much of your deep or REM sleep is interrupted by obstructed events.
Try zooming in on you flow rate chart and look for flatten breaths or other irregularities.
Also look for gasps or sighs and see if you breaths were getting a little smaller before.
Good luck.

Raising your start pressure to 10 would improve your therapy. Your median pressure is slightly above that, so 10 should work well.

What does a flat flow rate mean or look like? Would it be the first image I've added?

How can I tell there are gasps or sighs and what does that mean?

The easiest way to fix your Oscar chart is to use the fn key to copy it. This usually gets the chart the way we want it. Make sure we can read to the very bottom of the flow limits.

I think you need to press the fn key and F12 when using a Mac machine.
The zoomed in chart showed flow limitations, not the preferred rounded tops.
Try EPR 3 Full time.
Raise your minimum pressure to 9.6 cm also.
Your CAs may increase as your body gets used to this change.
Ignore the events flagged as you are falling asleep and as you are waking up.
