Could Someone Please Help Read My Oscar Report?
Hello,

I've had sleep apnea for over 20 years, been treated for around 5 years and still think its not calibrated just right.  Last nights data is displayed here and I woke up feeling groggy.  Was wondering if anyone had any insight why that was the case.

Greatly appreciated!

Chris

RE: Could Someone Please Help Read My Oscar Report?
Your numbers look great.  But you have a ramp time of 45 minutes and during ramp time you are getting NO therapy and the apnea is not reported.  You turned off the mahine 2 times which means you used the ram 3 times.  That means during the night you had 135 minutes that you were not getting therapy.  Most if not all of us just turn off the ramp.

I suggest you turn of the ramp  but to help there is EPR.

So what I would do tonight and see how it helps or not is the following:

Ramp OFF
EPR Full Time
EPR 3

I think you will do much better on those settings.  Hopfully you won't wake up 2 times tonight.
Apnea (80-100%) 10 seconds, Hypopnea (50-80%) 10 seconds, Flow Limits (0-50%) not timed  Cervical Collar - Dealing w DME - Chart Organizing
