Cpap doesn't work
I never feel refreshed in the morning , I always wake up through the night, and I'm always tired in the day,
Can I just give up cpap ??

Go to the black ribbon at top of page and download OSACAR (free program) you will also need an SD card. You can then download info concerning your sleep quality and post the information on the forum. Then either I or someone else can give you some help.
I am not an expert...just a long time user.

Andy, I do not understand how you could be having trouble with setups etc, about to give up, and you have no idea what kind of machine you are trying to use, and what the settings are on it?....Before anyone can help, this is basic info that you, the user, need to supply. Once you fill in all those blanks, there will be all kinds of folks in here very willing and ABLE to help. Best of luck, FLc
