First off, I want to say thank you for all the help that you all have given me over the years. I am still using the ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet. With 3G going away, no one can monitor the machine anymore but I still want to make use of it because I actually have 2 of them (One for a back-up) I have been using the nose pillows for years and have done fine. I've gotten older, lost some weight and I wake up with my mouth dry and air coming out and have to keep water by the bed. I want to say that it seems like I need to lower the pressure now. Here are some of the things I have came up with. If anyone could share some knowledge, I would really appreciate it.  

1) The Cpap machine has went out of calibration in the last 4 or 5 years
2) I need to adjust the pressures since I have lost weight
3) I need to shave my goatee and go back to a full mask

For now we need to manage your leaks which are a combination of mask leaks and mouth breathing, spikes and plateaus.

First change your P10 pillow to a new pillow. Increased leak is what I experience with a well used P10 pillow.

If mouth breathing persists maybe try taping.

Let's see what happens.

I've been using 3M Medipore tape for a couple of years.  It's inexpensive and has perforations that allow you to pull off neat, 2-inch squares so you don't have to tear it or cut it with scissors.  Pulling off 2 squares at a time does a good job of completely covering my mouth.  Without complete coverage, I tend to get leaks at the sides of the tape.  I fold a corner so I have something to grip to remove it and gently push it off from the inside with my tongue.  I've recently started using Hostage tape, but that is a much more expensive option.
