Leave EPR where you last had it set.
I am not a fan of too many changes at once.

RE: Custom 68 Therapy Help Thread
so I changed to a different mask. I went from the pillows to the Dreamwear FFM. to see if I can help with some of the mouth breathing I seem to on occasion experience. This seemed to have made a shift and may confirm the earlier thought I was having some positional APNEA. I am going to bump the pressure just a little and try this a night or 2. I certainly don't like this mask as much as the pillows but it may offer me a better sleep and I am sure I will get more used to this.

Positional apnea is when you tucked your chin and kinked your airway, like kinking a garden hose.
No additional pressure will open the airway, but you may get annoying leaks. Have you tried a soft cervical collar yet? Good luck

RE: Custom 68 Therapy Help Thread
My soft collar will be here today so last night was without it again. I left the settings the same but did try the nasal pillows again. I had a better night all the way around. Do you have any thoughts on if I should leave every thing the same for a few more days? My AHI score was the best it has been and the OA seem to be handled with this lower pressure. The CA still are cropping up.
RE: Custom 68 Therapy Help Thread
If you exclude the sleep wake junk breathing before and after 3:30., not a bad night.
You have a CAs in your deep or REM sleep, the repeating ragged breathing around 11:30, 12:30 and so on. Try zooming in and see what's going on. You had leaks around the same time. You caught those flatten tops of your breaths in the zoomed in chart, too bad that machine missed them.

RE: Custom 68 Therapy Help Thread
Do those flat tops indicate I need a touch more pressure? I’m trying to keep it low as I’m afraid the CAs are worse with the higher pressure.
Good eye. I’m still learning what to look at but yes zooming does show the starts of mor CAs or something going on. I can grab another screenshot if it would help. Thanks for sticking with me in this journey Dave

RE: Custom 68 Therapy Help Thread
This is by far your best night. I wouldn't change anything just yet. Keep track on how you feel.
You are right. that the pressure increases bring on your CAs. See if those ragged topped breathes are after an event or part or most of the night. You have come along way. Fight the urge to make a change as our bodies need to get use to the changes already made.
