Data Disappeared in OSCAR

Data Disappeared in OSCAR
UPDATE #1: The data came back. I was able to double-click the original profile and get into it. The three buttons on the Profile page that were previously grayed out are now black and clickable.

I found that, if I am in the new profile (with no data) and then click on the original profile, the buttons are grayed out but the summary data statistics are there. Once I double-click the original profile, the data shows up.

This seems to be a design of the OSCAR software that just about caused me a heart attack!

The new profile has not been used yet and has no data. The summary Disk Usage Information shows no data for the new profile. I discovered that a single-click on either profile shows the Daily, Overview, and Statistics buttons in black. Once I double-click into the New Profile, those buttons are grayed out. But when I go back to the Profiles page, those three buttons are grayed out for both profiles. Once I double click the original profile, the data is restored and the buttons are black again.

----------------------------------------
I added a second profile for a new BiPAP machine. Then I made some data changes to the original profile I've been using for almost three years for my CPAP machine. After those changes, all the existing data for the original profile disappeared!

The changes were to add my doctor's name and address, add my address, add phone numbers and email addresses.

On the Profile page, the Daily, Overview, and Statistics buttons are now grayed out. Under the "Disk Usage Information" section, I see Summaries 16.23 MB; Events 2.47 GB; and Backups 1.01 GB.

What did I do wrong? How can I get my data back? I hope I didn't hose all my data.

TIA

RE: Data Disappeared in OSCAR
The two main reasons the screen icons are grayed out are, 1. No profile is open, and 2. the current profile does not have any data associated with it. After some modifications to OSCAR's configuration, you may need to exit OSCAR and restart it. I found this particularly true after changing the CPAP User Custom Event Flagging on then back off.

You can always try going to Data ⇾ Rebuild CPA Data ⇾ your machine after you have opened the profile.
