I've erased all data from the AirCurve menu, removing all datalog files and we'll see tomorrow.
One might realistically assume that there is a limit to how much data is stored internally in the device and that the limitation on SD usage might be pre-determined by the internal chip limitations and addressing capabilities. Fred Bonjour, the Project Manager and Lead Tester for OSCAR, would be the guy to consult.
