Device to measure pulse transit time and oscar integration?

Device to measure pulse transit time and oscar integration?
This was a very interesting study on how good pulse transit time is for tracking arousals and other apnea events. The measurement itself doesn't seem complicated.

Has anyone experimented with measuring ptt and integrating with oscar?

After reading your post, I went back and did a 1-minute zoom on my Pulse graph. Its data seems a little too course to make any definitive observation. I also have a recording ECG and its data is far more applicable to this idea. The drawback is each page of data represents 1 minute of use. Sleeping for 6-hours yields 360 pages of data. That is a little excessive to analyze for me. Smile

Can you export the ecg data to excel? You'd just need a formula to measure the interval between the R-wave of the QRS complex to a threshold on the pulse waveform representing 25% of its height and then plot as a line graph in oscar

I don't know. Other than keeping a copy of the raw data, I just submit my data to the manufacturer's AI analysis program and then keep a PDF copy. Other than a passing curiosity, I tend not to go into the weeds. If you go looking for problems, you will find them. I prefer to let them find me.
