Device to measure pulse transit time and oscar integration?
This was a very interesting study on how good pulse transit time is for tracking arousals and other apnea events. The measurement itself doesn't seem complicated.

After reading your post, I went back and did a 1-minute zoom on my Pulse graph. Its data seems a little too course to make any definitive observation. I also have a recording ECG and its data is far more applicable to this idea. The drawback is each page of data represents 1 minute of use. Sleeping for 6-hours yields 360 pages of data. That is a little excessive to analyze for me.

Can you export the ecg data to excel? You'd just need a formula to measure the interval between the R-wave of the QRS complex to a threshold on the pulse waveform representing 25% of its height and then plot as a line graph in oscar

I don't know. Other than keeping a copy of the raw data, I just submit my data to the manufacturer's AI analysis program and then keep a PDF copy. Other than a passing curiosity, I tend not to go into the weeds. If you go looking for problems, you will find them. I prefer to let them find me.
