[Diagnosis] CPAP Reading Clarification

CPAP Reading Clarification
Can someone help me understand the difference in readings from these 2 devices for the same night? My impression looking at the DreamStation2 results is that it
was not a very good night: however, looking at the Watch results it looks great? A clarification will be appreciated.

DreamStation 2                           Galaxy Watch5
Slept Hrs. 8:10                            Awake      37m     7%
AHI 12.3                                     REM      1h 22m   17%
Clear Airway Apneas 14                Light     4h 19m    57%
Obstructive Apneas 53                 Deep     1h  29m   19%
Hypopneas 33                             Actual Sleep time: 7h 10m
                                                 Excellent: 86 score

RE: CPAP Reading Clarification
The watch is just telling you that you slept through the events not that you did not have the events.

RE: CPAP Reading Clarification
Staceyburke is spot on. In addition, your PAP machine can't tell if you're awake or asleep.

Your profile says your minimum pressure is 4. Given the number of OAs you're having, I'm willing to bet that's way too low.

I strongly recommend that you post some data here so we can make recommendations about your settings. You can sign up for free at Sleep HQ and post a link to your charts here, or you can download Oscar to your laptop or desktop computer and post a Daily chart. You will need an SD card in your machine for both.
