[Diagnosis] Can Cpap "work" but still be useless in treating symptoms?

No problem.

Maybe one of the board experts could help. The "sleep specialists" at the doctor's office are no help.

Your summary information from the iBreeze STA should be sufficient to draw some conclusions, however I'd like to see what your diagnostic study showed. You are using this device isn Auto S (bilevel) mode with EPAP 6, PS 4.0 and iPR (humidity) at 2, and getting just over 3 events per hour, mostly central.   This is no different than any other bilevel machine; when events are overwhelmingly central, we reduce PS until it drops.  My advise is to reduce PS to 3, and check back with a new set of results.

Thank you! Worth a try. this is a daily snapshot. Surprised how little interest there is at sleep centers to go deeper into the data.

The events and data are not time-stamped and are compressed into a short graph, so it's not especially useful. The data show mainly central events, and they seem more focused near the beginning and end of therapy which is common with centrals. I'm going to stick with my original suggestion to reduce PS. If you had controls to increase IPAP trigger sensitivity like the Resmed Aircurve Vauto, I would go higher with that.
