[Diagnosis] How bad are my central Apneas and what action should I take?

How bad are my central Apneas and what action should I take?
I've attached the OSCAR report from last nights snoozing.
I seem to be getting quite a number of central apneas.
Should I look at altering my machine settings or is there any other action that I can take?

Your AHI is about 3 with your centrals comprising about 1/3 of that.  You have consistent Flow Limitations but they are at a fairly low level with no evidence on the chart of causing issues.

How do you feel?  The answer means more than all the numbers.

Not too bad compared with my old machine.
The main complaint is that when I have a few central apneas I seem to wake up early with what feels like an adrenaline surge and it can be very hard to get back to sleep.
I have an EPAP of 8.0 at the moment. Would it make any sense to lower it?

You had a small cluster of centrals at the end of your night.  I assumed those were a result of your awakening (SWJ), not a cause of it.
Reduce your EPAP to 7 and see if that helps.
