[Diagnosis] Interpreting WatchPAT Results and Next Steps

Interpreting WatchPAT Results and Next Steps
Hello all,

After having terrible brain fog, fatigue, and chronic sinusitis for over a year, I finally took an at-home WatchPAT ONE test via Lofta (insurance denied my requests and appeals for a sleep study). The results (11.6 AHI, 14.0 RDI, 89% minimum oxygen sat, 92% mean oxygen sat) indicate mild OSA - full results below:

My concern is the brief overall sleep time. I had very poor sleep due to a headache (not a regular occurrence for me), and I'm wondering if the lack of REM sleep is skewing the results. When I spoke to a Lofta representative about my concerns, he said that they'd be able to send a new test out at no additional cost if I wanted.

Should I try to retest, or is the SA diagnosis here good enough that I should just go ahead and start looking at CPAP options?

Thank you in advance!
