Kindly help me out with the diagnosis.
Hello guys, attaching a part of my polysomnography. I am new to this. Looking at the attached pic, Do I have both obstructive and central apnea? How do I get rid of the central apneas?

You don't need to get rid of the centrals there are not enough to be a concern.
Your obstructive apnea is a different story.

Thank you for your reply. The Obstructive count is around 122 and the Central hypopnea's count is around 50. I have been recommended an APAP for 1 month. Based on the report, the pulmonologist would take a call.Considering I have a count of 50 central hypopnea's, would it make sense for me to go with an ASV instead of an APAP?

Also, my main symptom since March is related to sleep. Going to sleep isn't an issue but I wake up randomly without any reason as such. More than half a dozen times. I am not overweight. Snoring is pretty mild and dont gasp for air, when I wake up randomly.

Unless I'm mistaken, the Hypopnea count isn't by type, as in Central or Obstructive, but overall only. These may be listed underneath Central but that's a separate section on the chart.

I think this is a case to try ResMed AutoSet and see if you're treated or not. It's possible you'll get treatment emergent Centrals, but unless they're too overwhelming, the AutoSet might be just fine.
Mask Primer

Positional Apnea

Attach OSCAR, etc.

Oh Okay, that's a relief. I was really worried about the central apnea. As of now, I have been handed a Philips respironics for the trial period. The default setting was 4-20. I did not feel any pressure as such yesterday. So bumped the min to 6.5 and the max is at 20. Using a Nasal mask.
