Need advice on treatment with ASV , EERS
Hi
I have been using Dreamstation AutoSV in the last few days.  I use the 2ft EERS. (I have a Aircurve Bilevel machine and Resmed ASV S9. )
WHile I feel little better than using the bilevel, It is still not there.

I have tried Acetazolamide but has not helped much.

Looking at the data, I notice,

1. Lot of machine initiated breaths
2. Still lot of respiratory instability.
3. lot of flow limitations.

Can you have a look and advise me i
1. My pressure settings (should I increase EPAP ?  some times if I increase EPAP, the instability increases ).
2. will Oxygen help stabilise my respiration better ?
3. Is Machine initiated breaths ok ?
4. should I use Bilevel or Phillips ASV ?
5. any other advice

Please help

thanks

Note: The Resmed ASV causes lot of pressure cycling and I feel very tired the next day.
