[Diagnosis] Resmed Apnealink Air results

Resmed Apnealink Air results
Hi there,
I recently completed a at home sleep study and i got my results sent to me today.
I understand that these numbers are low but i'm concerned that i'm having them at all.
Can this frequency of events cause symptoms?
I have symptoms:
  • Snoring
  • Dry mouth/throat in morning (tend to mouth breath)
  • Morning headache
  • Nighttime sweating
  • Mild daytime sleepiness
  • Nocturia
  • Nauseous in morning
  • Restless legs when tired, worse in evenings and relieved by lying down. Lot's of leg movement during sleep.

I don't tend to dream (or remember them) when i do dream it's nearly always nightmarish and i wake.
Can Apnea results be affected by REM sleep disturbances?

Also, any idea why pulse is so eratic? is this normal?
