[Diagnosis] Symptomatic but Sleep Apnea Negative per WatchPat
#11
RE: Symptomatic but Sleep Apnea Negative per WatchPat
Typically I fall asleep within ~20 minutes, the delayed sleep onset was due to the uncomfortable equipment in the study. Would you still recommend exploring medication to resolve the spontaneous arousals?

I will look into those fuller blood tests. I brought up muscle weakness since if it was just focus issues than I might've attributed it to laziness rather than sleep.
